The tools on this site

• Your home details (years, costs, model and serial numbers, notes) are saved only in your own browser. We don't receive or store them.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email and the amount with us so we can send receipts and handle refunds. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Visit counts. To learn what's working, the site counts anonymous steps such as "visited", "used the estimator" or "clicked unlock", along with the link a visit came from (for example a video). We don't use cookies, ad trackers or cross-site tracking, and these counts aren't tied to you.
• Waitlist. If you join a waitlist, we keep the email address and note you send and use them only to contact you about it. Ask any time and we'll delete them.

Busta Backup (our own Google Drive backup)

Busta Backup is a private tool that our owner uses to back up his own computer files to his own Google Drive. It isn't offered to the public. It asks Google only for permission to see and manage the files it creates itself. It can't open anything else in Google Drive, and nothing it uploads is shared with anyone. Its use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. To remove its access, go to your Google Account's third-party access page.

What we never do

We don't sell, rent or share your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
